Ibberson was awarded the contract to design and build of the new poultry feed mill. This was one of three facilities being constructed on a site that included a high-speed rail unloading facility capable of unloading 110 car unit grain trains in approximately 12 hours.
Pine Bluff Poultry Feed Mill
Pine Bluff, Ark.
Tyson Foods contracted Ibberson to provide complete turnkey work for their new poultry feed mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The mill includes fully automated batching at 140 TPH, pelleting in two lines at 120 TPH, rail receiving at 600 TPH, truck receiving at 350 TPH, barge unloading at 600 TPH, grinding at 120 TPH, and loadout at 400 TPH.
Agrosib Modular Feed Facility
Zima, Siberia, Russian Federation
The project involved building a new feed manufacturing facility for a large agri-industrial consortium based in Novosibirsk, Siberia.
Alcon-Cargill Feed Mill Facility
San Pedro Sula, Honduras
Ibberson provided engineering, jacking equipment and on-site technical services for this new feed manufacturing tower that was built using slipform concrete construction technology.
Modular Mill for Teaching and Research
Auburn, Ala.
Ibberson designed, engineered and constructed Auburn University’s new poultry and animal nutrition center, a state-of-the-art academic and research feed production facility located on Auburn’s north campus, 7 miles from the main campus.
Cal Poly Animal Nutrition Center
San Luis Obispo, Calif.
The project involved replacing the 60-year-old feed mill located on the campus of California Polytechnic State University with a new Animal Nutrition Center.
Cargill Jiaxing Feed Facility
Jiaxing, China
Ibberson, in a joint venture The Zhong Hong Group, were awarded the contract for the first slipform concrete feed manufacturing facility in China. The facility was built for Cargill Animal Nutrition Division, Minneapolis, USA.
Cargill Lecompte Feed Mill Facility
Lecompte, La.
T. E. Ibberson Company (TEI) was awarded the contract for the design and construction of a new 140,000-ton mill that produces feed for the pet food, aquaculture, equine, beef, poultry, dairy and wild game industries.
General Purpose Feed Mill
Memphis, Tenn.
The Nutrena Feeds Division of Cargill, Inc. unveiled its fully automated feed mill near Memphis, Tennessee, which is capable of mixing 100,000 tons of livestock feed per year, in the forms of mash, flaked and textured sweet feed.
