Ibberson provided engineering, equipment supply and construction management for their second new grain handling and feed mill. The new feed mill and grain depot was constructed on a greenfield site.
The new project included grain handling and storage, plus the new feed mill. The new grain depot included grain receiving, cleaning, drying and 42,000 MT of grain storage. The feed mill is a post-grind design that includes fully automated batching at 104 MTPH, pelleting at 80 MTPH and loadout at 400 MTPH through two driveways.
The new feed mill is a slipformed concrete tower 15 meters x 27 meters x 60 meters high with a slipformed concrete pelleting tower 10 meters x 15 meters x 18 meters tall which is adjacent to the mill tower.
