Nutro Victorville Petfood Facility

Victorville, Calif.

The project involved building a 382,000-square-foot premium pet food
manufacturing facility to replace an aging plant. Ibberson was selected
as the design-build contractor based on positive experiences from an
earlier project.

Flax Seed Facility

Sioux Falls, S.D.

The project involved design and construction of a new flax seed processing facility. The new slipformed process tower is 62 ft. x 86 ft. x 70 ft. high with three new raw flax seed storage bins. The exterior walls of the process tower are insulated within the slipformed walls. A precast warehouse and office area were constructed and are 168 ft. x 256 ft. with precast truck receiving bay 26 ft. x 85 ft.

A repeat client recommended Ibberson to The Andersons, Inc. Ibberson was awarded the design-build contract to demolish and repair fire damage at this facility. The challenge was to design and procure replacement equipment on a very short schedule to have the facility operational for fall harvest.
